Born in Mexico City, she graduated with honors in Harpsichord and historical keyboards, under the guidance of Basilio Timpanaro on harpsichord and Guido Morini on basso continuo, at the “Alessandro Scarlatti” Conservatory of Music in Palermo. She subsequently continued her studies in Holland underthe guidance of Siebe Henstra. She currently owns on loan a two-manual Ruckers harpsichord built by Bettenhauser in 2000, property of the Muziekinstrumenten Fonds Holland.
